教育工作经历:
南开大学化学系学士、硕士。中山大学化学与化学工程学院博士。中山大学化学与化学工程学院讲师。教育部国家公派留学博士后(美国佐治亚理工学院)。人社部香江学者博士后(香港科技大学)。云南大学化学科学与工程学院/自然资源药物化学教育部重点实验室/药学院副教授、教授。
研究领域:
1、荧光/磷光过渡金属配合物用于抗肿瘤光动力、声动力、光热、化疗等多机制协同治疗和成像。
2、艾滋病毒TAR RNA识别及抗艾滋病毒逆转录酶活性及机理。
3、基于量子化学理论计算的化合物结构、光物理性质、光化学性质及生物活性的关系。
科研项目:
1、国家自然科学基金,单分子光声热多重成像引导和激活的多模式协同抗肿瘤诊疗一体化平台,2025年01月至2028年12月,主持。
2、国家自然科学基金,多核异核钌锇配合物抗肿瘤活性及机理研究,2022年01月至2025年12月,主持。
3、云南省重点项目,金属配合物作为黑色素瘤和非小细胞肺癌耐药瘤的光动力/光热/光激活化疗试剂的设计及药学研究,2024年03月至2027年02月,主持。
4、首批云南省万人计划青年拔尖人才(现“兴滇英才支持计划”),2018年。
5、国家自然科学基金,具有艾滋病毒逆转录酶抑制活性的荧光金属配合物的合成及机理研究,2017年01月至2020年12月,主持。
6、云南省面上项目,卟啉作为TAR RNA荧光探针及其HIV逆转录酶抑制研究,2018年06月至2021年05月,主持。
